Prontowork.net reserves the right to post/remove business cards and corresponding links to external websites with objectionable content or misleading information, information on business card must hold true to what is printed on the business card, transparentcy to your customers is our priority. ADVERTISING Publishing of Business Cards on the Prontowork.net website is limited to the front side of your Business Card on landscape orientation, we apologize if this is an inconvenience. Prontowork.net cannot garantee top-of-page visibility of your business card at any given time, advertisement exposure is based on a first come, first serve basis, the first few customers will have greater exposure over time, effort will be made to preserve spots for continous renewals, but not garanteed. Spots cannot be held if payment is not made within 16 days after advertising expires. Please allow about 8 days for your business card to be posted, this period begins after payment has cleared and you've replied to our status email. Submitted email addresses must be valid, in the event an email address is found invalid due to a returned system-email, or lack of answer from a customer after a one month period, since email was first sent, Prontowork.net reserves the right to revise the account and terminate it if dimmed appropriate, no refund will be given. By signing up with Prontowork.net you acknowledge and consent to receive emails from Prontowork.net from time to time, we respect your privacy and strive to limit sending emails to our customers as much as possible. MORALITY Prontowork.net prohibits the use of any of the Business Cards posted on its website for indiscrimate profit making, this includes electronic/digital linking. The following submitted content will be automatically rejected: sexually oriented, obscene materials or services, Prontowork.net reserves the right to reject any Business Card based on Content. Any content submitted that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libelous, slanderous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, or otherwise violates Prontowork.net's policy will be rejected. Submitted content that engages with destructive conduct will also be rejected. Please do not submit a Business Card that contains copyrighted or trademarked material, including branded products, provocative, lewd or sexual content, celebrities or public figures, violent acts, blood, gore or injury, profanity or other obscene behaviour or gestures, images of money from any country, images of flags other than the United States' and any image that is not clearly comprehensible or discernible (i.e. blurry, distorted, etc.), for they will be rejected. Reasonable size country flags in relevance to the product of service being provided is allowed, Prontowork reserves this right also. ACCURACY Prontowork.net is committed to truthful and accurate advertising. We are willing to correct any grammatical errors within a reasonable amount of time, simply let us know via email about the error. Business cards and related information provided by individuals and businesses do not go through a background check, Prontowork.net - does not perform background checks or pre-screen businesses/individuals or services in any way. Prontowork reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet the specified criteria. The customer is encouraged in all cases to perform all necessary research before dealing with any advertised business on this website. By using or browsing the Prontowork.net website you agree not to hold Prontowork.net liable as the result of products or services obtained through one or more of the posted Business Cards nor the Prontowork.net website itself. Prontowork strives for accuracy and integrity. PRICING Our pricing structure is simple, $40.00 dollars per year, per business card. We reserve the right to change any price amount at any time, price changes will be applicable to current customer renewals and new customers. A new customer is determined by the uniqueness of the business card and is one who has not been advertising with us for the period of one year or more. Prontowork.net reserves the right to modify this disclaimer / policy document at any time, except when ordered by a court of law, should a legal matter arise, customers are encouraged to print this page for their own records, making sure printed document has a date time stamp and printed without prior customer edits. Prontowork.net reserves the right to remove Business Cards from Prontowork website at any time after a charge period has ended. Customers will be given a total of 16 days after advertising time expires to renew their Business Card posting, or the same amount of days after email requesting renewal is sent. Please know Prontowork.net reserves the right to renew any Business Card and it is not required to send a reminder email to any customer for them to renew. LIABILITY By completing the signup process through the action of making a payment, you acknowledge and agree not to hold Prontowork.net nor its members liable in any way, including for lack or excess of customers, or any other expected/unexpected events or results, whether they be or not related to Prontowork.net or any of it's customers/affiliates. The Prontowork.net website is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind. We - Prontowork.net - shall not be liable for any direct/indirect damages as the direct/indirect result of using this website, violation of this disclaimer/policy will result in immediate account termination and business card removal, Prontowork.net reserves the right to follow corrective action should the situation demand it..
